I love solving real world problems that every day consumers face by building products that wow users and meet business objectives (this is my finance background talking). I like to be pragmatic, move fast, iterate often, and stay ruthlessly prioritized. In practice, this often means saying "No".
I'm happiest being part of a smart, hardworking leadership team that has strong ownership and a focus on the user. I seek to do the same when building out my teams.
I'm always happy to talk about how to break into Product and grow once there, why starting is better than strategizing, my thoughts on the HR Tech industry, Tadej Pogacar's phenomenal TT performance in the 2020 Tour De France, or anything else that's on your mind.
In turn, I'm particularly interested in learning about UX research and how to effectively talk to customers, VCs and how they help portfolio companies hire, how to break into giving talks, and what you're currently reading.
